  • Frontend lead for Interactive Missions — Mindtickle's AI voice/video roleplay platform. Grew from 12 to 110 enterprise customers (9× YoY), generating $350K ARR in 3 months and $2.5M+ FY26 deal impact. Decisive factor in wins over Seismic, Highspot, Allego, and Brainshark.
  • Built the Whatfix Mirror AI Roleplay embed (iframe SSO, PostMessage protocol, audio-only roleplay) — directly unblocked a multi-million ARR enterprise deal (10K users) and shipped the first SCORM-compatible AI Roleplay for external LMS distribution.
  • Authored the canonical Ports & Adapters architecture governing all AI Roleplay UI development — decoupled the frontend from vendor lock-in via pluggable provider abstractions, enabling cost-saving infrastructure migrations worth ~$15K+/month.
  • Resolved 15+ production incidents with full RCAs. Built observability dashboards that quantified customer impact during major outages. Engineering reliability cited by a key customer as a factor in their $4.3M TCV 5-year renewal.
  • Introduced MCP-based AI workflows to the org — PR automation, AI code review, and an automated incident response skill adopted company-wide. Designated by EM as the team's senior owner for AI developer tooling.

  • Led MS Teams integration for ILT as FE lead — authored API contracts, co-designed the integration schema. 45% of ILT customers use MS Teams; rated by the team as "a huge boost in the sales cycle" over competitors.
  • Delivered Zoom and Webex integrations (auto-attendance, co-host management, calendar ICS sync) — enabled for Cisco, Harley-Davidson, LinkedIn, and 20+ enterprise accounts.
  • Designed and shipped Timezone-as-a-Service with DB migrations and frontend refactors, eliminating recurring global scheduling and DST incidents across all ILT customers.
